The Varsity Boys Basketball team dropped to 0-4 on the season after tonight’s defeat at the hands of the Firelands Falcons. Hot shooting by the Cardinals kept them in the game early, but the size of the Falcons proved to be too much down the stretch. Avery Young paced the Cardinals with 17 points. Jake Montgomery added 11 with an additional 10 scored by Gabe Pawloski.
The Cardinals will take the next few weeks off for the holidays and will return to action on January 5 at home against Keystone.
In the JV game, Firelands beat the Cardinals, 52-32.
