Weight Room Hours

The weight room will be open for all current 7th-12th graders (alumni are welcome as well) starting December 4th. During school days, the weight room will be open every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 3:05-4:30 (Printable calendar attached on football webpage). CAB Meeting Monday 7pm

The Cardinal Athletic Boosters will meet on Monday, 9/18 at 7pm at BHS in the Library.  Please consider attending this meeting to get involved with supporting our young athletes.

Elias Selected To All Star Game

Brookside junior Norman Elias has been selected to play in the “Rising Stars” All-Star game Sunday at 6:00 pm and the 3-point shooting contest at 5:00.  Both events are at Oberlin College.  The Senior Lorain County All-Star game will follow the “Rising Stars” game.

Boys Basketball 1/27 Postponed

Boys Varsity and JV Record a Double Win at Lutheran West

The boys basketball team recorded it’s third win of the 2016-17 season with a 75-62 win over Lutheran West last night.  We now stand 2-7 in PAC Conference play and 3-11 overall.  Norman Elias, Jr. guard had a career high 30 pts. Sr. guard Tyler Alam had 14 pts and Jr. Devin Houdeshell added 12

BMS 8tH GRADE BOYS BASKETBALL TEAM BESTED BY KEYSTONE IN TOURNAMENT

THE BMS 8TH GRADE BOYS BASKETBALL TEAM DROPPED A 30-26 THRILER TO THE KEYSTONE WILDCATS IN THEIR SEASON-ENDING TOURNAMENT GAME SATURDAY.  THE CARDINALS REPEATEDLY MADE SUCCESSFUL COMEBACKS, BUT SIMPLY RAN OUT OF TIME.  THE CARDINALS HAD A VERY RESPECTABLE TWO YEAR JUNIOR HIGH RECORD OF 19-13. GOOD JOB!

BMS BOYS 7TH BASKETBALL TEAM TOURNAMENT RUN ENDS.

The BMS boys 7th grade  basketball team tournament run ended with a 41-13 loss to the Oberlin Phoeniz ,Saturday, January 16th. Ending their season with a 7-9 record. The team consisted of, Andre Gardner ,Jostein Sagnes, Jesse Londo, Mason Besserer, Elijah Sheffied, Jake Barnhart, Jordan Sweeney, Julian Bogdan, Shawn Smith,Gabe Pawloski,Exavier Ortiz, Jack Conley and Ferdinand Melendez.

BMS 8th GRADE BOYS BASKETBALL TEAM OPEN UP TOURNAMENT WITH VICTORY

The BMS 8th grade boys basketball team opened up their tournament with a resounding 73-19 victory over The Brooklyn Hurricanes on Tuesday. Behind balanced scoring led by Brendan Holley, Michael Weber, Ryan Waechter and Ricky Glesson. They play their next tournament game against The Keystone Wildcats at BMS on Saturday,anuary16th, starting at12:00.

BMS 7th grade boys basketball team wins tournament opener.

The BMS 7th grade boys basketball team opened up their 7th grade boys tournament on Tuesday with a convincing 28-9 victory over the Black River Pirates. The Cardinals played a swarming defense .All The Cardinals played well especially, Jesse Londo, Jack Conley and Elijah Sheffield. The win improves their record to 7-8. Their next tournament game

BMS 8th GRADE BOYS BASKETBALL TEAM LOSE TO DUKES

The BMS Cardinals boys basketball team played the hot shooting Wellington Dukes and lost  41-31 on Tuesday. The defeat drops The Cardinals season record to 8-6. The travel to South Amherst next Tuesday, JANUARY 12, to play The Falcons.
